VMV are specialists in the provision of complex, high speed inspection systems, and VMV have provided inspection systems both locally and internationally, for a range of clients that includes such companies as Nestlé and Mars.

In order to tackle the range of challenging machine vision applications that we have deployed it was necessary to custom designed LED lights specific to the job at hand. The expertise gained in this field was leveraged to form a business unit dedicated to the design and manufacture of customized LED lighting.

Machine Vision

In machine vision, VMV specializes in the development of complex and innovative automated inspection, and we have built up a team of experienced research and development engineers dedicated to this task. Our technical staff includes electronic, mechanical and software engineers, and technical support personnel.  With a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with our clients, VMV is able to provide systems that provide consistent performance and objective standards. Furthermore, we are able to implement such systems quickly, reliably, and within budget.

LED Lighting

VMV provides an extensive range of lighting production to our clients in Industrial, Transport, Commercial and Retail sectors. We specialize in custom LED Lighting and control circuitry. VMV has designed and supplied lights for major contracts, both in Australia and overseas. Growth in this area has been very rapid, and VMV recently VMV secured a multi-million dollar contract with Downer EDI Rail for the supply of custom designed LED lighting over a four year period.
