VMV is pleased to announce that the HYDRA seal inspection system is being exported to the a multi-national client in the US. The HYDRA system has been undergoing development over a number of years, and the adoption of this system in the US is a direct result of the success of the system locally. This success underlines reports from our agents in Europe and the US that VMV's is gaining world recognition for the ability to develop complex innovative vision systems that are extremely reliable and robust. Hydra Seal Inspection SystemHYDRA provides 100% inspection and recognition of defective seals at production line speeds. It provides reliable, consistent inspection of a variety of trays, minimizes product spoilage and waste, and reduces potential for product recall. Designed for “drop-in” installation onto existing filling and sealing machines, this system represents a significant improvement in the traceability of upstream process opportunities by identifying issues on-line. David Braendler, VMV's Managing Director said: “The sales of this system into the US is the result of a number of years of research and development. We are extremely pleased to see this R&D bear fruit, and for VMV to be gaining worldwide recognition for the work that we have done. As a result, we are confident that our ongoing development will place VMV at the forefront of vision technology world wide “ –END– About VMV
