VMV is pleased to announce that HYDRA - their automated seal inspection system - has been sold into the US.

HYDRA provides 100% inspection and recognition of defective seals at production line speeds. It provides reliable, consistent inspection of a variety of trays, minimizes product spoilage and waste, and reduces potential for product recall. Designed for “drop-in” installation onto existing filling and sealing machines, this system represents a significant improvement in the traceability of upstream process opportunities by identifying issues on-line.

HYDRA has been developed over a number of years, and the adoption of this system in the US following the success achieved in Australia highlights the ability of VMV to develop state of the art Vision Systems for our manufacturing clients.
