VMV is pleased to announce that the HYDRA seal inspection system has been adopted by Mars Petcare as it global standard for seal inspection on retortable trays.

Hydra Seal Inspection System

HYDRA provides 100% inspection and recognition of defective seals at production line speeds. It provides reliable, consistent inspection of a variety of trays, minimizes product spoilage and waste, and reduces potential for product recall. Designed for “drop-in” installation onto existing filling and sealing machines, this system represents a significant improvement in the traceability of upstream process opportunities by identifying issues on-line.
