Although it took some time to realise the full potential of this complex system we're amazed by how easy the system is to operate; especially the way in which the history of flagged print can be effortlessly reviewed whilst the system is still online. The training wizard really helps the operators to quickly tune the system and not waste time 'baby sitting' the vision system. While the scope of work detailed our requirements of the system, we soon realized the enormous capabilities of the system and 'project creep' occurred and VMV were able to make further software and hardware improvements to satisfy all our extra needs.
The support from VMV has been great and I appreciate their ability to accommodate our production needs while commissioning the system.
I look forward to a long lasting partnership with VMV and would definitely consider VMV for further projects that may arise for us.
